Meat and fish are delicious grilled in a contact grill. Ufesa grills have been designed to cool without using oil. Nevertheless, you can put a few drops of oil on the griddle plate or spread the food with a little oil or butter. Cooking times will vary depending on the type and size of the food. Smaller pieces will Cook faster than larger pieces. When grilling meat, if you like it well done then leave it for longer at a low temperature, but if you like it rare then cook it at maximum temperature for a short period.

Easy cleaning of your contact grill.

Ufesa grills are easy to clean. Check that the appliance is unplugged and has cooled down sufficiently, but do not wait for it to go stone cold as it is always easier to remove scraps while the griddle is still warm. Always clean the griddle after each use. This will prevent food scraps from becoming stuck to it. Wipe the griddle plate with a kitchen towel. Stubborn remains can be removed with the help of a little oil. The rest of the appliance can be cleaned with damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents as these could damage the nonstick coating. Ufesa contact grills can be also washed in the dishwasher.
